Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order details

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at sohelahmed26@gmail.com with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging
